Welcome to Zinhle Hair (Pty) Ltd. t/a Fanciful Faces Inc., where the art of celebration meets professionalism! Before we embark on crafting unforgettable moments, let's establish a clear understanding of our terms and conditions. By engaging our services, you are cordially agreeing to the following guidelines:

Booking and Payment Terms:
- A 50% deposit secures your reservation, initiating the process of curating a memorable celebration.
- Full payment is due at least 7 days before your scheduled event.
Cancellation Policy:
- Secure a 50% refund by canceling 30 days before the celebration date.
- Receive a 30% refund for cancellations made between 7 and 30 days before the event.
- Unfortunately, cancellations made less than a week before the celebration result in non-refundable fees.
Booking Timeframes and Logistics:
- Our equipment is available for use between 8 AM and 5 PM from Friday to Sunday.
- The delivery/collection fee, is R300, depending on the event's exact location this may change.
Deposit and Equipment Damage:
- In our commitment to ensuring the success of your event, we must highlight the importance of safeguarding our equipment. Please be advised of the following in regards to your deposit and responsibility for equipment:
- Equipment Damage and Repair Charges:
  - In the unfortunate event of any damage to our equipment during the course of your celebration, your deposit will be forfeited.
  - Clients will be held responsible for covering the full costs associated with the repair and/or replacement of the damaged equipment.
  - We encourage careful supervision and adherence to safety guidelines to prevent any accidental damage and preserve the enchantment of our offerings.
  - This precautionary measure is in place to guarantee the continued availability and quality of our services for all clients. Your cooperation in treating our equipment with care is highly appreciated.
Travel Fee:
- At Zinhle Hair (Pty) Ltd. t/a Fanciful Faces Inc., we want to ensure transparency regarding our travel fees, especially when it comes to our diverse team of entertainers who may be stationed in different areas at any given time. Therefore, please take note of the following clarification:
- Travel Fee Calculation:
  - The travel fee for each entertainer is determined by the exact location of your event.
  - As our entertainers may not always be situated in the same area, the fee is calculated based on their individual locations and the distance to your event venue.
  - This ensures fairness and accuracy in reflecting the travel expenses associated with bringing enchantment to your celebration.
  - Rest assured, we aim to provide you with the best entertainment experience, and the travel fee is structured to fairly compensate our entertainers for their travel efforts.
Identification Requirement for Booking Equipment:
- To facilitate smooth operations, we require a copy of your Identification Document and proof of address.
Face Painting Protocol:
- Face painting services are provided for children aged 2 and above.
- Face painting services are subject to our discretion and may be refused in certain circumstances.
Jumping Castle Guidelines:
- For safety, all participants must remove their shoes before enjoying the jumping castle.
- Sharp objects and any other potential hazards must be kept away from the jumping area.
Bubble House Protocols:
- Participants must enter the bubble house without shoes and refrain from consuming food inside.
- Sharp objects, as well as bouncing off the walls, are strictly prohibited inside the bubble house.
Crafting Station Etiquette:
- Crafting stations are designed for children only, and adult crafting is not permitted.
Entertainment Performers & Equipment Bookings:
- Equipment, clowns, magicians, stiltwalkers, and other entertainers will engage audiences based on availability.
Water Slide Safety Measures:
- Water slides are intended for costume use only, with safety measures such as an earthed electrical supply and a splash-free motor.
Photography Agreement:
- By engaging our services, you consent to the capture and potential use of event photographs for promotional purposes.
Third-Party Involvement:
- At Zinhle Hair PTY LTD t/a Fanciful Faces Inc., we strive to bring you the best in entertainment by occasionally collaborating with third-party suppliers and services. Please take note of the following details regarding our involvement with external entities:
- Third-Party Collaboration:
  - From time to time, we may engage third-party suppliers and services to enhance the scope and variety of our offerings.
  - While we ensure the quality and professionalism of our partners, Zinhle Hair PTY LTD t/a Fanciful Faces Inc. will not be held responsible for the actions, services, or conduct of these third-party entities.
  - We value transparency in our collaborations and strive to provide a seamless and delightful experience. Your understanding of our involvement with third-party contributors is appreciated as we work together to create magical memories.
Disclaimer and Liability Limitations:
- Zinhle Hair (Pty) Ltd. t/a Fanciful Faces Inc. is not liable for allergies, injuries, or unforeseen circumstances during the event.
- Clients are responsible for supervision and adherence to safety guidelines.

- At Zinhle Hair (Pty) Ltd. t/a Fanciful Faces Inc., we are committed to safeguarding your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information. By engaging with our services, you agree to the collection, processing, and storage of your data for communication, service provision, and record-keeping purposes. - In cases where a third-party supplier provides the booked service, you agree to share your relevant information with them for seamless service delivery. We do not share your information with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent. If you have any concerns regarding the processing of your personal information, please reach out to us. Enforcement of Terms:
- Zinhle Hair (Pty) Ltd. t/a Fanciful Faces Inc. reserves the right to update and modify these terms as necessary.
